I need a service that I can call prior to any purchase that I am about to make. Their job will be to listen to my reasoning for making the purchase and decide if I should, or shouldn't finish the transaction.
First call would be concerning this http://www.thinkgeek.com/interests/giftsunder10/981b/
I know that it costs almost nothing, but that is where all of my money seems to go. Little purchases of nothing. But, I've always wanted one of these for some inexplicable reason!

I made the mistake of sending my savings to canada in the form of a loan. Problem is, whilst I got a good rate when I sent it over, the rates they get for sending it back are nowhere near as good, not through their bank, or money transfer services, so now it's just going to be my spending money for my next 3 trips over there to save losing out. Stupid thing is that I sent it at a rate and now the pound is so much weaker that I should've made a great return, eg

sent £2000 which made $3420

at todays rate, $3420 should be worth £2300 which is a great return in 12 months with our savings rates so low, but their bank will only send me £1800 back for that amount of dollarage which sucks.

Also, I budget very well, I have a set food budget each week & often have some of it left over, this week I have 25% left over so I'll take that amount less out next week and that helps me build up future equity.

About 75% of what I make goes into mortgage, investments and insurance, roughly another 10% goes into legal and finance services... and whatever is left over goes into bills, food, clothes, savings and shenanigans..
