haha, basterma smells like crap, but it tastes really good. Thats armenian but alot of arabs eat it too.

I've never lived in Lebanon. I lived in Morocco.. maybe we have a different word for it. We do have a dish with beyd and some form of dried meat. It took me a week to digest it, so freaking greasy.
