My hold bin didn't carry over either.
I love the waveform feature, and I'm really digging the "Recommended Based On Your Last Order" feature.
That "My Beatport" bar that clicks out is a nice feature as well - my only gripe with it being that the 'green light/no light' signal made it easier to check out new releases and made my list of 25 artists and 32 labels look much cleaner.
