That's a very good point. That's kind of what I was alluding to before when I asked "what is normal?" Lots of people have anxiety, and lots of people get depressed. It's almost impossible to define a "normal" person, and many Psychologists/Psychiatrists have been making the case that with the widespread diagnoses of depression, anxiety, etc., one could even make the case that a complete absence of any of the symptoms of these disorders might actually make someone not normal.
