Now if only these specific lawyers could do something useful in society (by actually working on cases that improve the community) instead of creating fake lawsuits like these. So what, someone said something negative about you, oh no I'm going to cry to the courts...boo hoo. When someone says something positive about a company and the stock goes up, do you see short sellers going out creating lawsuits against the rumor mongers or even the employees blabbing their mouths about a 1 point move.
The problem is, they have to have evidence that you are up to something for malicious reasons. Lastly, all of these examples are just more attempts by corporations using lawyers to their advantage, to try and silence human beings from having any opinion not in their favor. If this were the case human beings couldn't even talk anymore or they would get sued.

What this really does demonstrate, is the desperation of lawyers these days doing anything to make a buck. Basically they are trying to create yet another market to create billable hours.
