which is why i said 30-40+ and yea obv livesets can vary from like 1 - 10+ depending on the size.

I feel for you. the same thing happened to me. I lost over 20 gigs of music.....and it happened right when I was starting to back everything up onto CD. I got 2 CD's burned before my drive bit the dust. It's been a long slow climb back up...so far.

Don't give up hope, my 75gig ibm deskstar died on me taking out a whole world of mp3s, i wacked it in another pc installed some software called r-studio and got back 80% of them.

to bad I re-formatted the drive then
but but...I'm getting the things worth having again so
if only I had DSL or something at home it would be easier..

hehe, i have 3 livesets on one 700mb cd (it's tiesto's dutch dimension tour + qontact + gatecrasher= 5 mp3s too). mp3 data cds are the way to go, especially if you own a sweet mp3-cd player like SlimX!

How did your HD crash anyway? Did you have to reformat it or did it just decide to die in fromt of you one day?
