Gym is Key bro. I leave my house at 7 am and get back usally around 10 pm M - F. All I do is work but Itake at least an hour 4 times a week to work out / run / Cardio. It clears my head. If your burn your going to Fuck up everything. Work out, you will be more productive.

Since the only German wiser than Nietzsche is myself I shall slightly modify his rule: Sunday is a free day so let's say the week has 6 x 24 = 144 hours. One third of that is 48. If you work more than 48 hours a week you're a slave. I have some friends who actually do and indeed the best word to describe their status is slave.
Seems to me you only really get 16 - 18 hours in a day, depending on how much you sleep. So working 8 hours a day would make your time about one half free, not two thirds. But I suppose some people actually enjoy sleeping.
