Readin all those nive and gentle reviews of napster, made me think...
U ppl ever heard of File Funnel?
Its a search program that searches almost every napster server, unlike napster itself, which only uses one.
And u dont have to stay online just coz some bloke wants to d/l ur song nemore. U dont share with Filefunnel, it only reads napster users online. I'd be happy to send the program to you, or you could try www.filefunnel.com
And maybe the biggest advantage is, that you can use download managers like getright or GO!zilla.

i think it was Lynx that posted earlier about getting your self unbanned from napster
and he is right

uninstall napster and if u know how to delve into the registry then delte all napster reg entries

remember this thou

ALWAYS BACK UP YOUR REGISTRY BEFORE YOU EDIT IT
so if u do do something wrong u can then get the old version back in and windows will still work

i got banned from napster when all this crap started with Metallica
i had a couple of their tracks and got banned cos of it
so i deleted napster kille the reg entries
reinstalled Napster and was fine

i still use napster a lot
and its still fine if u play with it a bit
its filter system is easily beaten by renameing your files

search for Maddonnaa - perfecto

these peepz at my univ made a filtering program called www.napcameback.com ... last I heard napster wanted it shut down, I dunno if it did but I know the program workz, not that I use it.. shit I hope I dun have any popular person to get banned...

Also I have the "unban" regedit on my site and I promise it works. Go to www.alkizz.net then click "downloads" it's under utilities I think. There are also a few of the best alternative clients there as well as every version of Napster up to ver7. Enjoy.

PS>> once you have been banned you will have to make a new nickname after you run the regedit.

Ok is the whole editing registry files type thing very complicated cos if it is i might as well not bother cos i'll fuck up my computer no doubt.

ehh...? infinity posted a registry key in the first page of this thread...just download it and double-click on it and that's it. i heard though, you need to create a new account after you run it though. but oh well! it's all good!
