WTF!! Vegemite is AWESOME!!
It is an Aussie icon!! Very salty, very high in B Group Vitamins too!!

It is a concentrated yeast extract. (kinda like promite/marmite only way better)
Most ppl use it as a spread for sandwiches/toast etc But can be used in cooking too.
"One of the world's richest known sources of vitamin B"
