My local pourhouse is no longer able to carry Bitburger in draught form. How can I contact the distributor and force them to ship Kegs to Canada again? Alternatively, what's a good draught beer that will replace my delicious staple?
Do you know for certain if they have stopped sending kegs to Canada or if it's just that this bar has stopped carrying it? If they have stopped sending kegs to Canada they are unlikely to start again at the request of one drinker.
Bitburger is a pretty much an average German pils, there are plenty of others that are close enough. If this 'pourhouse' has a large selection of beers they should have something similar, but without knowing what they carry it's hard to recommend anything. Have they got a website?

Most beer fans would say Coors Light isn't very good but if you like it then that's cool.
Micro-breweries are becoming big business here and I live in a town with a massive brewery history. Prefer Rums or Liqueurs myself

Fire away.
How many years experience do you have in the brewing indsutry? What roles have you played?
Where is your website or blog?
What role do you have within the IBD?
How many breweries have you been a part of establishing? In what countries?
Are you a member of the BJCP? What beer awards have you been a judge for?
Why every 2 or so years do you come to a music website and post exactly the same topic?
Why do you not turn up any results on google?
Why has a guy I work with, who actually IS known around the world as a beer expert, has something like 37 years experience in breweries, has established breweries on 4 continents, regularly travels the world for what he does, holds a very high position with the IBD, and gets invited to judge beer competitions all over the world, never heard of you?

Please tell me you're friends with Michael Jackson. You know, the one that writes about beer

Yes that's right, I've been a member of this site for less than two years but somehow I recreate this thread every two years. This is probably the tenth time I have recreated this thread about every two years during my 1 1/2 years of membership.

The Michael Jackson who writes about beer died. But he's about as likely to be friends with a dead man as an imaginary man I suppose.

This is a thread where I answer questions about beer, not post pictures of beer I am drinking. Had you actually read the posts in this thread you might know that.

I remember he was on Conan once. Said that Corona was the worst beer he'd ever tasted.
The man knows his beers!
