Err, yes it does. In particular when you clog up the hospitals and medical centres because you suffer from countless problems, directly attributed to your poor lifestyle habits. Guess who takes that burden apart from your family? All of us do and in particular our wallets. They cry for the wasted tax money we need to burn to prop up a society that can't take care of itself.

That's just the beginning too. You have the choice to not be fat in the vast majority of cases, yet you choose to live your life like there's no consequences.

If you can't learn and practice a little proper nutrition and not eat so much that your thighs rub together in summer when you waddle and you smell like a rancid cunt....then the least you can do is teach yourself to throw up. It works and you can still eat like a farm animal without gaining a pound.
