Because Governments have such NEGATIVE attitudes towards scientists. Scientists should be trusted, and the steroetipical scientist of today is becoming ridiculous, norrow minded PEEN.
Whereas, it's the anti-drug campaigners who thrive off norrowly viewed outlooks on drugs. These people dispise scientists, because scientists are the only people who can prove them wrong, and totally shame their hole objective.
The government, who believe anti-drug campaigners are carrying out positive duties towards certain scenes such as the clubbing scene, really aren't. The way forward is to HANDLE IT, and ACCEPT IT, not totally stop it like these anti-drug campaigners actaully think they can achive one day. Just shows how much they know
