My true passion has been and always will be Electronic Dance Music. Although I'm an unbiased when it comes to what genre I play, which consequently may preclude me from being considered a specialist in any particular genre, e.g.: insert your favorite electro, trance, house, dj name here. I also have a passion for bringing the vibe I have to the dancefloor. Now people do dance at weddings and other corporate events but as I've demonstrated I'd just assume stay home than to sell-out to something I love as much as I do.

What is your vibe that you bring to this "floor"? How did this vibe develop over the course of your 5 years of residencies I've never heard of in Atlanta?

That is not a question but I will say this. The participants in this thread have baddgered me to the point that I am pissed. So, I'm giving you all the chance to substantiate your feelings by allowing you to ask me whatever questions you have that's helped to create these kinds of ill feelings towards me.

Why are you pissed? Could you elaborate? Was it because no one asked you to vibe their floor in Miami this year?

Great Question. Back before I got started really djing I was a dancer. I got a great deal of satisfaction going out and getting all hot and sweaty dancing. It was beyond fun for me. It was a release. It was time where I could shed life's bullshit and just be me. I didn't (and still don't) care what people think about me whenever I'm out on the floor. All I do is allow the beats to move me in whatever direction they see fit. And I don't stop until I'm physically exhausted or about to pass out, or until the lights come on. And even then, its off to an AfterHours party somewhere to keep going.

Now, this vibe was created mostly because I was exposed to great music, great people, and the vibe of all vibes. Back where I'm from it existed like I've seen nowhere else, and one that I haven't experienced since. But, it still resides deep within and is part of the reason why I remain devoted to what it is that I do. Its powerful if you ever really experienced it.

Now to clairify my Atlanta presence.

I really haven't had one other than going to parties and enjoying being able to hear top tier dj's every weekend. Back home I wasn't exposed to them. I did have a chance to hear a different type of dj, dj's like Danny the Wildchild, Ming & FS, Evol Intent, Doc Martin, Spree, DJ Culture, Kid Icarus, and many others. It was a different type of atmosphere.

I feel like I'm a kid in a candy store living in Atlanta. There are so many great dj's that come through that just having the privledge of hearing them live supercedes that of being a dj. So, I have to admit that my focus at least on the weekends hasn't been on getting out and presenting myself as a dj. But more of a person who still and will always enjoy a good show.

To be fair I'll answer this question as well. I'm irritated because it seems like I catch heat from every direction and for no reason. Never once, besides my introductory thread in the COr have I ever made my presence be that of anyone else other than a few occasional threads about a new track I'm working on (in the wrong forum). But that wasn't for attention it was because I value the feedback from the people that most frequent that area of TA and that its visibility would mostly likely conjur up more specific insights on how to more quickly and substantially improve my productions.

And as far as Miami is concerned. You might think I'm wierd. But I have never gone to Ultra or WMC. I've been asked to go and I support what happens there fully. But for me, that's too much all at one time. I've always had to wait to hear who I've wanted to hear and to go however memorable the experience would be, I feel would take away from the experience I'd gather from each DJ independently.
