DJ Tiësto - ISOS 2 (IMO the best cd he released)
John '00' Fleming - Essential Mix @ BBC Radio 1 (he did this one last year, but I don't know the exact date)
DJ Tiësto - Live @ Dutch Dimension 02/02/02 (the first part is really chilled out)
For me it hasn't got to be relaxing to go to sleep. Sometimes I'll even put Marco V, Umek or Michel de Hey in my cdplayer (techno is very monotonous, so you'll fall into sleep before you even notice).

For me, GU-13 Sasha Ibiza does it. Great chill-out mix IMO.
Also, anything by Thievery Corporation or Kruder & Dorfmeister. I find break beats to be quite relaxing. As long as the volume isn't too loud.
ISOS 3 would also be a good one.

If you have insomnia, listen to deep dish, they must be one of the world's most boring dj duos and there cd's are horrible imo.
