I tried the Triton and i have to say i was fucking impressed. U guys say that there's a quality loss in there, but isn't the sound resolution too high for a human ear to hear it??

In digital (also called virtual analogue) there isn't any quality loss per se, the main difference is in the shape of the waveform created by its (real or simulated) oscillators. In digital synthesis you always get a perfectly shaped waves, in analogue there is always slight anomalies as the capacitors charge and discharge ... so you get different sounds out of digital and analogue synths ...

This creamware stuff is mindboggling! I can't figure out where one piece of their gear ends and the next begins.. But the concept is brilliant!
I've had my eye on the RME Hammerfall Multiface.. but this Pulsar thing looks pretty juicy (only it seems like if i want all of the ins and outs i need, i'm going to have to buy the "electra" aswell..)
-i need adat, analogue in/out w/24/96, midi in/out, spdif in/out
any advice?
