I think you're right. Advanced Weaponry has a lot more aggression, which may be hard to detect given the over-all kinetics of your typical track selections. In terms of outright energy, however, this wins hands down. It's also one of your more melodic mixes. (I still haven't gotten around to listening to the mix you referenced earlier but I'm planning on hearing it during Christmas break.) This was genuinely fun to hear and really, really well mixed. |

Cheers, Eddie.

We don't listen to a lot of proper psytrance, mostly progpsy stuff, techno, trance, prog, etc., but everyone enjoyed it. The flow was excellent. When it was done, they wanted to hear more of your mixes (they'd already heard/loved Inhuman Massacre), so I put on one of the others (maybe Advanced Weaponry?), and after a few tracks they said it felt like little machines were trying to enter their brains through their ears, so we started playing old Tiesto Magik CDs instead. |
Hahaha I might know what part of Advanced Weaponry where you guys stopped. Probably the Mad Maxx track. But hey, I'm glad you guys had a good time. I need a journey myself.
