Laurent is a wise man. at the end of the people wil leither get it or they won't. Logic my dear watson logic and it takes time for people to change and mature but also theres emotional iq and rough intelligence missing tol even see the beauty and art so I see all as having its place and its why i have and love it all from the slow old peyote stuff to airwaves stuff (also people change from say the first Ferry production i know of DJ-Sno-White to his rather different stuff now

You can eat my big 15 each mamba you swollen pig. I am well aware of that there were few occasional releases by Vibrasphere and Magnus (not Timewave which I for no reason wrote in my last post) in the last couple of years but the overwhelming majority of J00F's catalogue is focused on progressive trance. The steady acts on the label such as Incolomus, Oliver Prime, The Digital Blonde, John himself are all leaned towards progressive trance. The label often reflects the stuff John plays during different eras. In the early years it was all dark progressive stuff, then when he started playing some full on he released a few full on releases such as Prosper - The Speed of Sound and White Overtone Wizard - Positivitize and when he started leaning more towards prog psy the label also put out some prog psy stuff. But still you can clearly see that the back bone is progressive trance.

it's wack how paul van dyk abandoned progressive trance in 1998. I say 1997 was the best year in progressive trance.

I don't mean to be a dick but Above & Beyond pretty much paved the way for fluff trance artists to produce likewise.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong (it's 6 am here, too tired to do proper fact-checking right now), but isn't Sunburn by John 00 Fleming a JOOF release?

I've been tossing it into my adventure/ euro type trance sets for a couple years, and the crowd fucking loves it.

At least here in Washington state, the ravers appreciate funky psy-like basslines, AND epic melodies.

Maybe I'm just lucky though.

is not because they put their hands in the air that they are having fun.

what you enjoy more (in a bigroom or not):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=98YJKeq93fw

or any w&w noised track? =\

You should see the Anjua forums they have plenty of those people including their own artists like maor levi, Boom Jinx, Arksun, Matt Lange (who said the entire trance genre is a mediocrity), Mat Zo, Paavo, Jono and Tony they are all like defending the loud noisy tracks. People who have never produced the genre or haven't produced for a while think they can bash the genre without exploring the history of the genre. A lot of people on that forum are now calling stuff from timewave and what not as home listening.

I don't know how anyone cannot dance to something as awesome this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VdiOAe5caEg The hook is damn catchy and the subtly is so damn awesome.

orkidea i dont know, but yeah, solarstone sometimes types #trancefamily blabla thanks for the support

and i dont listen to asot a long time ago...

and this #trancefamily is the most retard movement that i had seen in all of my life. if W&W make a song completely noised with retard synths and shits like that (and obvious, tagged as trance) and you say anything like ''omg, this is not trance" you will be flamed to the death lol

Orkidea does tag the trancefamily
