Well hey, if anyone wants a more overview style review of their mix or a critical analysis I'm up for providing either. I would be tempted to simply ask what sort a DJ wants before providing some but in this case the OP didn't react negatively so I'm not really sure I see the need for a change in posting style. Again, I did assume that the OP was a bedroom dj who had just failed to get into their first club gig or something. That sortof feedback is still useful anyway, there isn't much more to say than how much overall you enjoyed something, what the strongest bits were, what the weakest bits were and some suggestions for improvement. It's a rather good mix so I wouldn't worry too much. Ofcourse argueing over micro genres is not important overall... but it can be important to flow. If I played a full on psy track, then forest, then twilight, then darkpsy and then full on again set it'd just sound awful. I find with psy you need to focus on the mood & the substyle a lot of the tracks. Sometimes rythmnic happy is going to have a different effect to the energy levels of a set to melodic happy(that is however pretty basic theory though). That last bit is more aimed at zipntf & co though who think that that level of detail is irrelevent. I'll probably be leaving this thread shortly so people can get back to providing decent feedback

I'm glad someone posted this. Ziptnf is not some kind've psytrance super expert. If he doesn't like a particular person's mixes or a person who happens to also like psytrance maybe he should shutup.
