To answer the thread, it depends on what you put within the title "electronic music." If you mean when I'm not listening to dance music, I absolutely love LIGHTS.

Otherwise it's various forms of pop and rock that I'm sure Tranceaddict would lambast me for liking.

Jazz is phenomenal on vinyl. Only problem is that the majority of modern sound systems are designed to play modern music and not jazz. Friend of mine is so obsessed with jazz he bought a special sound system that was designed for jazz listening. Every time i go over i force him to play "kind of blue" on vinyl. Fn amazing.

To answer the ops question, I basically listen to everything but im really obsessed with 60s pop music (brian wilson beach boys stuff, phil spector productions, bob dylan, beatles, and pink floyd).

I thought you were digging Prog Psy

Anyway, to answer your question: mostly 90's Rock (Metal, Punk, Hardcore, Grunge) and a few New Metal

I think all the cool kids call it "Nu Metal".

...or Nü Metal if you're really boss.

Oh, and add Mockumentary Folk to my list.

I have so many guilty pop pleasures.

I tend to seperate music for learning and music for a quick fix. I know the words to that selena gomez song. I might notate a thelonius monk solo then go run to my chemical romance. Im also a huge metal fan. Who am i.

My favorite band is strung out. Has been for 16 years. Im all over the place.

Jazz (I listen to this more than I do dance music), blues, soul, funk, reggae, dub, folk, progressive rock, other "rock" genres I guess, older country, trip hop, ambient, disco, hip hop, rnb, classical, opera.

tl;dr: everything

i'm somewhat of a maverick. My treatment of grammar, spelling and date rape is an intentional post modernist finger to the establishment. You ? dig , ' I could write flawlessly for a week if you were to put some money up front but I find the shackles of antiquated rules so restrictive to my creative process that it better be a reasonable amount of benjamins.
