I've seen this set 2x now (once in Vegas at Tao Beach, and once in DC at echo stage) and it simply doesn't work. Markus' style is a progressive building into peak hours and then dark and dirty rabbit hole. Ferry pop trouse and cheesy vocal style kills every boner Markus gives me as he gets going. Not a fan. |
100% agree, couldn't say it any better.

Wow just wow. These guys fucking tore mansion apart last night. Only a few cheese tracks but other than that they went HARD. Their new single Rumper is an absolute gem. Mansion on the other hand needs to do something about the temp in their. It was so fucking hot it was uncomfortable. I started getting sick from sweating to much, if you danced for more than 2 minutes straight you were drip sweating, hottest club i ever been in but Sutra,OC. And the sound by the end of the night was fucking up my ears so bad it was so loud.and the layout to get to the bathroom was retarded. You had to walk through the dance floor to get to it. Other than that Mansion was pretty serious production wise. Im now stupidly excited for them to rip up Pacha saturday night now.

Yeah not surprised that they threw down a good show, but it's seemingly random if they decide to play hard or not. I've seen absolute cheese fests from both of these guys and then also seen some of the best trance from them, all within a span of a couple of months. Sucks to hear about the lack of AC in there, sounds pretty shitty.
The Markus marathon at Space on 3-17 was fucking incredible. The best trance show I've ever seen.
