definitely.

And about the sweater. My very first time at WMC, I figured that the weather in Miami is always like 20 plus. Boy, was I wrong. Once the sun went down at Ultra, I almost died of hypothermia. I did the worst thing I could have ever done. I actually found a sweater in a corner on the side and it looked abandoned but I am sure someone just stashed it there and I took it. I still feel horrible about it like 6 years later but I honestly would have died of freezing. I juts hope the person thinks it went to someone that really needed it.

Lol. I remember that year like it was yesterday.

At ultra 2 I wore just my bikini top and shorts. I didn't bring that much cash and I was down to my debit card and car keys. I was trashed and lost my friend. I was contemplating leaving at just going to my car. I met this girl and her boyfriend, she saw I was starting to have a bad trip and actually went and bought me a long sleeve rabbit in the moon shirt. She saved me that night. I will never forget it. All I know is that she lived close to me in Miami. A guardian angel was looking over me that night. I will always pass it on. Even if I don't use my sweater. Maybe someone else will need it.

Also most places in Florida crank the air conditioning so hard that you might want a hoodie or sweater... for indoors!

2nd keep your phone charged whenever possible because you never know when you'll be able to charge it next. Carry your charge cable or an extra battery if possible. It might not be a bad idea to print out and carry around important info like hotels, friends phone numbers, etc, so at least you can borrow a phone and call them, in case you end up on some marathon party mission with no power and your phone dies

I used to carry a charger and battery pack around with me but decided to purchase this instead from Mophie. I got tired of looking for spots to plug in my phone or to pop in a batter pack that was about half the size of my phone just to get a little bit of extra juice. Some good deals on eBay and Amazon for those too.

$7 to save you a lot more than that through the week.

i regularly use these. introduced them to my group of friends and they love me. we roam around NYC all the time from spot to spot and they fit in your pockets just fine without being noticeable. amazing.

My friend turned me on to do that a few years back. Makes good for WMC as not interested in paying 20 bucks for a drink after waiting 30 minutes in a line. I remember one time before using this method that I got caught with a plastic flask as I was trying to enter Karu & Y for a party. Bouncer felt it during the pat-down, showed it to him and he let me hide it for future enjoyment.

That's awesome. I mean why should he care? He's not getting a cut of the bar sales or anything. He's getting paid the same regardless of what they do and don't confiscate. I'll be picking up one of these flasks for WMC. I don't even drink much so I def. don't want to pay ass raping prices for a drink.

I can almost guarantee Space would not be as understanding. They love to kick people out. Anyway, that still won't stop me from carrying these around all week. Best I've used:

My friend's friend got caught with stuff on him in the bathroom in Space. 20 minutes later he brings the ones that busted him to and they are all shaking hands and hugging like they been buddies for 20 years. It was as if he bought them for the night, which is probably what happened. To this day I am not sure what actually happened from the time he got busted til then but he had them in his pocket.

15. Space tickets (others may differ). Do not pre-purchase Space tickets for the later nights. There will be sketchbags all over the place trying to get rid of their ticket. Offer them the price they paid. Also Space is just like any other super club, don't go there every night, pick one night and stay the whole time. You will get to see those DJs back home anyways. Go to Space to experience Space not the music (unless it's Sasha and Digweed).

will this Space ticket theory hold true for Pryda on Friday? i really wanna go but tix are sold out.

also.. do any clubs have metal detectors? my friend asked me if i could hide his flask in my boob.

thanks

if you want to see prydz bad get there 11ish and just buy tickets at the door. There should be no line at all. I'm not 100% sure since its sold out but they should be available. The only clubs with metal detectors are the "hood" clubs. I Personally have never been to a spot with detectors.
