Scooped up a ticket. Can't wait to see what I can get for this.

$100. Either way I should make a good amount. The price will only sky rocket.

I chose to pick up tickets. That way I can calm anyones nerves about just printing out a shit ton of tickets and trying to make a million dollars. I'll be selling in person, cash only. I won't take check or anything like that. Not running the chance of a chargeback or whatever. Oh and forget stubhub, I'm not giving them any of my money for them doing nothing.

Haters

You guys are pathetic. What you're basically saying is: "I don't like Armin, therefore I will rip off anyone who does."

The irony here is that people like you are the reason big trance DJs have changed their sound. You message board fans cannot be pleased unless everything goes your way: perfect venue, low price, "underground" crowd (an apparent euphemism for unemployed freaks), and a minimum BPM requirement with bare minimal vocals.

Reality check: Miami Beach is an expensive party city. I have been to WMC for many years now and would like to check out this event. It bothers me that my "fellow" TAers are trying to gouge other music lovers who want to check out this event.

On one hand I can understand your frustration that the mainstream sound has deviated from strict trance. But on the other hand it has to compete with other genres so the productions/tours are sustainable. High end venues will inevitably attract some of the 'models/bottles' type of crowd, but there are still plenty of us here in the silent majority who would like to see this event as fans. If you buy up all the presale tickets you will make sure that fans are priced out of the market and only VIPs attend. In other words, you will be the cause of models and bottles taking over this scene.

I will attend this show even if it means that I have to pay more because bitter people like you guys buy up all the early tickets. I can afford it. But it's a disgrace that you guys call yourself a community and then take advantage of people with different taste.
Maybe if you guys got real jobs instead of spending all day trolling on TA and spreading hatred you would be considerate of other people and their tastes. Tolerance goes a long way. Stop acting like a bunch of junior high emo punks.

Whoa Whoa, nobody is taking advantage of you. What you speak is heresy and it won't be tolerated. We all have real jobs and don't spend all day on TA. Some might get the opportunity to browse while at work. If armin wants to cater his sound out good for him and if you want to see him thats your problem, no one is stopping you. Fact is we are not all going to jump the bandwagon and go or say armin is still the best. So please chose your words wisely and don't call us emo trash and expect not to get a reply.

Well, if anyone would like to sell theirs to a loyal TA, I'd be more than willing to purchase them from you. I'd greatly, greatly appreciate the fairest price possible but thank you.

Struck a nerve huh? And it's fairly ridiculous to say that we don't have real jobs. I work behind a bar and make a good amount of REAL cash, so it must be a real job. I also am enrolled in a CAHME master's level health administration program. You have no idea what people on this site are really like. Also quite comical that in your view, anyone that doesn't subscribe to the mainstream EDM sound is an unemployed freak...lol. I think it's fair to say that not too many people dropping money in Miami during WMC are unemployed. Shit is expensive.

And finally, "real music fans" are not attending this event. It's at Story and male tickets went up to 175 within minutes. 99% of the people there won't know shit and are there to be seen with their $200 John Varvatos shirts and Gucci handbags.

How about let's stop the bullshit and division within the electronic music community as a whole. The mainstream fans think the peeps who like underground sounds are freaks and the underground fans think the mainstream cats are all YOLO rich dudes. It's stupid. Both groups have such members but I don't think either description is indicative of electronic music fans as a whole. BTW, I, along with most of the TAers I've met are the farthest things from a "freak." We do go to big mainstream shit too, hell I'm checking out Markus at Space, going to Ultra, etc. Not all of us that listen to tech-house and techno are emo fucks that dress like slobs -- it's a shitty stereotype to use.
