I always thought Ebert was a terrible critic. How on Earth someone with such an ugly and simplistic technique won the Pulitzer prize is an absolute mystery to me.

I frequently found the stuff Ebert re-tweeted interesting, and he did introduce me to several great films, but, all-in-all, he was a pretty awful reviewer. RIP and all that jazz, though; he seemed like a good guy.
