It's also 20min away from the Biggest North/South American airport....it's a huge traveling hub.
Let's just hope the bros/yolos stay away.

It's a big EDM festival in a country that is currently milking EDM for as much money as humanly possible, and you're hoping that it's not going to be packed to the gills with massive douchebags?

SUCH A TRAVESTY. THIS EVENT, BY THE NAME OF TOMORROWLAND, HAS BROUGHT MANY EURO SMILES AND SWOONS THROUGHOUT THE AGES THAT IT HAS BEEN HERE, ON THIS PLANET THAT WE SHARE TOGETHER, UNITED AS ONE. AND TO THINK, THAT THIS EVENT, WHICH HAS BEEN FOREVER ETCHED INTO THE TITANIUM PLATING OF TIME AND TRANCE, WILL BE COMING TO SUCH A DUSTBIN AS ATLANTA. HEAVEN FORBID, AND DON'T FALL DOWN. I DON'T THINK THERE IS A WAY TO SAVE OUR GRACE FROM HEAVEN'S COLLAPSE. WILL THEY EVEN PLAY DJ JEAN - THE LAUNCH? I FAINT AT THE THOUGHT. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT I HAD NOT PROPERLY PLANNED FOR. I HOPE I AM ABLE TO WITHSTAND THE AFTERMATH. AFTER YOU PESKY SOUTHERNERS HAVE WIPED OFF THE AMALGAMATION OF CONSCIOUSNESSS EXPANDING POWDERS FROM YOUR GLOWSTICK STAINED TONGUES.

So the location has been announced Chattahoochee Hills, GA
I for one am gleefully anticipating an extraordinary event.. I can't wait to dance, meet new people and listen to bomb ass music in a such a festive atmosphere..
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!? $347 for three days? Seriously? Baaaaahahahahaha. Anybody that goes to this is wasting money. Bonnaroo only costs $269 for four days, EDC is only $289 for three days, DEMF/Movement is $69 for three days, and (the best deal given the variety of showcases/artists) Decibel Festival is $236 after fees for FIVE days. Given that the lineup is supposed to be similar to their Belgium edition this year, I can't help but laugh at anybody who wastes their money on this instead of saving their money while getting a much better musical experience (EDC excluded).

Doesn't change my opinion. I've seen them live and the show was only OK, and I've always found their music to be decent, but terribly overrated. Not to mention that a quick Google will point entirely to rumors speaking to the contrary - a tour at this point is unlikely, and iffy at best. Regardless, even if they were there, there would still be no way that you would be able to justify that ticket price. You're still a fool for blowing that much money when you could spend less and get a better value.

I think Daft Punk on any flyer would change someone's opinion. Personally, I'd pay what they're asking now, just to see Daft Punk..
The length and breakdown of Daft Punkfs new album looks to have been revealed after record label Sony registered 13 new songs in the electronic duofs name.
The track info was registered on music rights agency PPL and screen-grabbed by Twitter account @edm where it then received a burst of retweets.
The songs range from a slight track 4 (3:48) to an epic track 3 (9:04), with the combined length of all 13 suggesting the album will run for 74 minutes and 40 seconds. Thatfs a lot of funk-tinged electro!
Daft Punk are rumored to be releasing their fourth album in May, which follows 1997s Homework, 2001s Discovery and 2005s Human After All.

The other thread, it seems, was deleted because a couple of people weren't fans of the lineup and that upset some people. Feel free to discuss the event in this thread, whether you love it or hate it. All opinions welcome, and I hope everybody from the area has a blast whether or not the festival is their thing and whether or not they choose to go. We don't all have to agree on something, but at least we can respect each others opinions.

I live in Atlanta, so this event is in my backyard so you can imagine my excitement. I however had never taken the leap of faith to purchase tickets to something without a lineup before. I know this is a trend now, but it's just not a practice I have ever participated in until this event launched in my hometown.
I based my decision on the world wide craze that is Tomorrow Land, and hope I'm not let down. There needs to be a techno stage, preferably one hosted by Carl Cox. I cannot handle three days of trouse and trap.
My fingers are crossed for a diverse lineup like Belguim, otherwise my tickets are being sold.
What I find crazy is the event still isn't sold out. The world wide launch was an utter failure. Plenty of tickets still out there for sale on their website.
