I think there are a lot of insurance kickbacks or something for companies that choose to screen over here.

I think that there are certain jobs that, even if weed is legal where they are, are probably best left in the hands of people that don't get high.

Really? It's entirely possible to smoke a joint every now and again and still function normally for the rest of the time, especially as weed doesn't really have any comedown or hangover.

Waaaaaaay too complicated.

1, Get synthetic piss (anywhere, $20). Store at room temp until the day of test.

2, Put in small medicine bottle with pull off cap (available at any drug store).

3, On day of test, get handwarmer (again, CVS, Rite Aid). Use rubberbands to wrap around bottle. Handwarmers keep the temp exactly at body temp.

4, Tape to inside of leg.

5, Profit.
