I've managed to find the original and seismix of waah and neither are it And even with the samples no one seems to be able to ID the tracks in the forum. This is a bad, naughty, EVIL Mystery Set!! I'm not giving up though!

Is there noone out there that can figure out the first 5 tracks??
I'm getting bummed. If even the senior TA's can't ID any of them I'm not sure what hope there is. But I'm still not giving up! Do you guys have any ideas to get more people to check out the samples in the unknown tracks section?

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure track four is a heavily remixed, Chemical Brothers - Music Response. It sounds as if they upped the beats 20 or so...the original is much slower.

i have this... i too have no idea what the first 5 tracks are...
100% sure this is paul oakenfold.
Digweed played @ kremlin in december. He did a set only 1 time @ kremlin and that was the set in december.

could it possibly be sasha then?? coming from someone that has a ton of oakenfold livesets over many different years...these aren't songs that he played. but they are definitely sasha and digweed type tunes?? besides...if the dj is wrong...who said the date was right??

9) 49:27-56:01 - Tarrentella - Saturn (remix?)
and 9 isn't the Quivver mix... thats the only one i could find though
Looks like there also was released Tarrantella vs Redanka Mix, Mesosphere Mix, and Stratosphere Mix. I have been unable to locate these as of yet though.
My guess is that it is Sasha.

That setlist could easily be Dave Seaman or Anthony Pappa as well. I know both were those tunes at that time. It doesnt look like a digweed set from the time, nor really Sasha. Both were playing a bit darker at the time.
If you post up the other tracks i might be able to help.

Wow! I'm so glad people are still posting guesses on this! I, unfortunately, burned myself out for the time being. There is a sample from "You Should Be Dancing" in it as well, but I'm not sure if it's the Blockster version or what.
Thanks for the DJ tips... I'll go download some of their live sets from around that time and take a listen. I figure it all comes down to finding someone that has a set with a tracklist that is spinning one of the tracks from this set, aka the Evil Mystery Set.
If you go to the Track ID forum, a couple of us put up some samples somewhere. I'm not sure if they're still up or not, but you could search the thread for them!

I've been trying to find Hybrid - Theme From Wide Angle (Rolling Thunder Dub) ... but i have yet to find a version like the one spun in this set with the muffled vocals towards the end.

I don't recall hearing muffled vocals. I thought that they were just mixing in another song towards the end... that's what it sounded like to me at least :
