if the dude ever plans on spinning hip hop or R&B, the DJM600 wont cut it. U need a Rane or Vestax w/ curve. For str8 mixing, the DJM600 will do

No, only a person who prefers better sound quality, better build quality and an all-round better mixer would get a Vestax or a Rane over a DJM-600.
