been hearing lots of similar stories. heard of several people on the coachella message boards who got their code seconds after they sold out. other websites similar story.

They sent codes in batches I assume to keep the loads on the servers light. Was pretty smooth IMO.
And I don't think anyone will be selling scalped tickets as your credit card used for the purchase is your ticket. Haven't looked on stubhub though. I hope more events start doing this.

Some tix were still available last night. I actually got another email reminding me that I could purchase 2 additional tix for the available shows.

that's actually really good. hope they have something in place for anyone who loses their credit card in the next 4 months (they probably do..)
