i didnt, it was all cartoon-y-fied and agree with above, a site doesnt need loads of flashy crap, cheesey icons and loads of bright contrasting colours everywhere to be cool, id take this site anyday over some multi-coloured 6 month programmed macromedia flash pile anyday

If I were to change anything (this forum is already just about perfect but, read the rest of this and see what you might want to add), I would allow as much customisation to the end-user as possible! Allow it so that you can view anywhere between 1 and ALL posts in a thread on single page so is all a user would have to do is just click the thread and you have all of the posts in it on the next screen (if they have it set to display all posts in s single thread on the same page). I would allow customised date/time formats, so users can view posts in whatever format that they want. I would make the interface multi-lingual to a certain extent. I would allow users to edit their posts no matter how long it's been since they posted it (the limit here is 14 400 minutes). I would throw in a spell-checker for whatever language the user chooses. As I said, ALLOW MORE END-USER CUSTOMISATION!
