Well, I'm going to be making it here for sure. This will probably be my first party for when I move out there. I just saw Ferry Corsten last night @ the Guvernment in Toronto, and he was fucking amazing!!! I can expect nothing less from him on the 30th.

AND FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T KNOW.... 2 words.... GRAHAM GOLD!

Goddamn is this guy a fucking good DJ!!! I saw Graham Gold @ WEMF this year and the trance he played was nothing short of spectatular! I admit, he started off slow and his set was kinda inconsistent, but towards the end of his sets, he throws down the best trance tracks! He totally took me to another world. Never heard such beautiful trance, epic, uplifting, soulful, it's like the new style of trance. The guys been DJing for 32 years and you can tell. His mixing techniques and spot on and innovative... you'll have to see him to understand what I mean.

I met him after his set and he gave me a promotional CD, the tracks are amazing. The only one I could recognize was Sushi-The Earthshake, The Earthquaker.

Hopefully I'll finally meet some TA's while I'm there

I don't believe that tickets will be out for another week or so, because the flyer hasn't been printed up yet. Probably after Spooky (Oct26th..?)

someone just posted this on nwtekno in the thread:

I just exchanged e-mails with David Lewis, the production dude that handles Ferry's bookings (http://www.davidlewisproductions.com). I asked if there were any plans for Seattle or Portland around the same time as the Vancouver show. He told me he hasn't had any luck booking either city and will try again for May. Then he wrote "Vancouver is cancelled!"

Sorry Trance fans.

You might want to get your facts straight before posting something like this. I'm close friends with Azim and he doesn't know anything about Ferry Corsten being 'cancelled'. Now if you had directly spoken with David Lewis then it would be another story,,, however there is no need to be starting runmors like this.
