I dont know about the trance dj,but carl cox was one of the most famous early german hackers.
some years ago a movie was made based on his life,named "23",on the number 23 of the illuminati and stuff theory.
Really interesting if u'r into the hacking history but too wierd.

Buddy, of course everyone can add another deck to their set up, but Cox uses EVERY turntable at almost every moment through his set. His mixes are flawless, and his sets are great cause like someone else in this thread said his music selection is basically whatever tracks he feels like playing at that time. If you ONLY like trance, then maybe you might think hes overrated, but if you actually got into a genre where it takes some skill to mix (like techno) then you might appretiate this mans talent!!

Yeah right, that's why he is considered as one of the best dj's in the world for years. If you don't like techno, I can understand that U don't like his style, but his mixing style is flawless.

Last year in club Eau he spinned 5.5 hour long set and it was amazing. He didn't want to stop because he had a good time with the crowd. December the 14th he is coming back and I can't wait
