Orkidea was just brilliant.. I came in a bit late cuz I couldn't find the place and my phone wouldn't cooperate.. but only 30 minutes, I walked right in the moment when Orkidea was mixing Pachanga Boys - Time with some other awesome prog house track.. From then on I was in progressive house heaven.. He played some cool prog house for about 45 minutes when he started switching things around to trance to lead in Solarstone. Orkidea finished with Unity.
Solarstone was also awesome, as you'd expect the trance he usually plays, he was in his element and played a really solid set. Power went out twice during his set.
I didn't stay for Alex as I knew my commute back home would be long and I was pretty beat by that point.
SRB Brooklyn is beautiful, I liked it a lot. The sound system in that place is excellent. The lay out is almost an exact copy of Echo Stage in DC only, of course, a lot smaller. Lighting is pretty good too. If this place was in the city it would be very popular.

I saw the Pure Trance showcase during WMC last year and not a single dj there played anything that wasn't Trance. Lineup was Kristina Sky, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Solarstone, and JOOF. Whole night was a blast and Joof really brought it to close out the night. Out of all the Trance "brands" out there, Pure Trance is one of the few that I actually trust.

You can defend them all you want, in fact I admire you for doing so, but don't you find it a little suspect that whenever these characters change their style and sound - it's always a "coincidence" they select whatever sound happens to be "popular" that month? - John Askew
A lot of artists today are just victims, not having control, and they're not free. And that's pathetic. If you start being dependent on money, then money has to reach a point to fit your expenses. - Thomas Bangalter
