i know it sounds weird, hes like 53 but he loves trance and has been a member of the yahoo grup Danceparadise for a long time, he has a lot of friends in the ripping groups, im sure youve seen the website http://www.dance-paradise.org well thats their website. He basically rips heaps of the vinyl we get and just reviews them and stuff and has always wanted to go to an event but thinks he's too old so i finally got him to come last night, and he loved it. hes hyped for ferry now!

I'm pretty sure it was Fingers Burnt - For A Devil 2002, but I'm not entirely sure. Whatever it was, it just kicked arse. Ferry's got a lot to live up to...
I just love these events, but my head doesn't. I've got a presentation and a 3000 word essay (with 364 words currently written) due this week -- and I'm scattered to all hell. Feel pretty sharp, but can't concentrate; but if that's the price I pay, it was well worth it! ARMIN FOREVER!!!

It was a brilliant night, I met lots of old and new people. It was great to meet Webmeister, tranzmit, Helen K, Richard, and others I might have forgotten. I can always rely on you guys for identifying tracks! Helen K - it was funny how we were both wearing shirts from famous overseas clubs.
Armin's set was heavenly. John '00' Fleming's set was okay, not as euphoric as I would've liked it to be but there were some nice deeper tracks. John '00' Fleming was excellent last year, and at Two Tribes this year as well.
Only 2 lasers... I would've liked a better laser setup (have any of you been to a Mystic party?) but at least they had some. Last year's (Guy Ornadel & John '00' Fleming) had none! I had a brilliant time last year too... I think this time was maybe slightly better overall, even though both experiences were very different. 2.5h hour sets sure are good, it's better value for money than 1 or 1.5h sets. Armin and John '00' Fleming are really the ones we attend the event for in the first place... We can catch Yoshi and beXta at other local events. I wouldv'e like only those two playing for the entire time... 4h sets each!

hehehe I suffered a few injuries as well - bit my toungue in four different places and bit my right cheek. Happened similarly at Two Tribes (people said I looked like a vampire with blood on my lips!). Never ruined my night though... the euphoria is the pain killer. I'll just have trouble eating for a few days.
I believe John '00' Fleming also played this nice deep trancer:
M.I.K.E. - Elements of life
Are there any more tracks that haven't been mentioned yet?
I'll be uploading my photos soon. I have some excellent shots. Send a Private Message to me and I'll give you the link when they're all up.

What can i say. A fucken awsome night. Best night ive had out in while. Armin completely blew my mind. I missed him last time at Gatecrasher, so im glad that i got to see him this time, and he definately didnt dissapoint. he had the crowds hands in the air at every break. So euphoric, just the way i like it. I felt he was worth my 50 bucks alone, JOOF was a bonus but armin stole the show.
Track of the night for me Darren tate vs Jonno Grant - Let the light shine in. I was hanging for him to play this one.

GK - WAS AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING NIGHT... Armin is da bomb. I spoke to him before he came on, really nice guy he also signed the back of my phone later in his set. Some of my favourite tracks were played... Three Drives - Sunset on Ibiza, Energy 52 - Cafe Del Mar (for some reason I knew this was gonna be played!!!) and Push -Universal Nation ...
J"00"F was good but not the style I expected, probably because I haven't heard many of his sets, but Yoshi at the beginning played some cool tracks and Bexta as well, shes got a nice style. Best song she played - Jurgen vries - The Theme (thanks Jace).
As for the TA people, I didn't meet any of you haha I would have wanted to, I was off my head so you have no idea how many people I asked if they were Webmeister lol (from the pic).
I take it everyone had an awesome night as well...
Hope to meet you all at Ferry Corsten, November 1st. Does anyone know where thats gonna be held.. Gas? Home? Be mad if Tank held it.
