Ministry of Sound are idiots. Owned by a knob who couldn't care less about the music. They make my life harder as I can no longer say I play trance as people expect the nonsense that the Muppets put on their CD's. People ask for Scooter and the likes, its all MOS's fault.

They are pure and simply money grabbers. Think how many different genres they have ripped off over the past few years. When Hard Trance was at its peak they jumped on and released a poor effort of a CD. The worst had to be with the Old Skool, I can remember MOS publicly slagging off Hardcore in the early nineties, but when it became popular again they were in their like a shot releasing about 5 different compolations. Makes me sick to the stomach to see such bumbling fools being considered as one of the top companies in the whole dance music scene!

a bit more than this. this is terrible not like them to do shit like this, but mind u they have made some cheezy albums in the past mixed by tall paul and judge jules hrhr but yeah this just takes the piss.

I agree with Acid Circus, this music is giving trance a bad name, because everyone thinks this stuff is trance.

I prefer it when people assosciate "trance" with some better known DJs like Paul van Dyk or Paul Oakenfold or whoever they heard on the essential mix or whatever, because then I won't find it too hard to explain to them what trance is, as I've given them examples they understand. But if I tell someone I like trance and they say "what, like Scooter and stuff?" I just can't be bothered with them.

It doesn't bother me that much, it just makes it harder to explain what the music is all about when people ask me about Scooter than if they ask me about Tiesto or someone.
