well, it seems i was wrong.. i had thought the place i wanted to go to was a direct exchange (same tuition as our university)... but its not  so i have the same problem as my plan to go to japan, not enough money guess ill just have to wait and make a visit sometime instead... bah
anyways i appreciate all the responses anyways! and rofl at hybrid junkie's post hahaha
