Out drinking with some mates, wandering across town to the next bar and crossing the road. There was one of those pedestrian railings you get next to busy roads in the UK:

Of course, we were all drunk and couldn't be bothered wandering all the way up to a crossing to get round it, so everyone just jumped over. I tried to follow suit and vault over it but being utterly pissed the inevitable happened: my trailing leg caught the top of it as I went over and I did a full legs-over-head flip and smashed my back into the concrete pavement on the other side. Even though I was blind drunk it was still so ridiculously painful I could barely walk down the street and was still in agony by the time we got to the bar. The next morning I had a huge black bruise running behind my armpit all the way down my ribs. Needless to say, my mates found the whole thing fucking hilarious.

I remember crossing the border into Tijuana with some buddies back then before passports were required, and we would hit up the bars and clubs there. During a night of hard partying, I had too many watered down 'Dos Equis' and decided to step outside the strip club to get some fresh air only to throw up in the street and pass out. Well, 2 street hookers came up to me and started rubbing my head (upstairs not downstairs) and said to me in Spanglish, "You are cute, I want to kidnap you and take you to a motel". So both of them proceeded to try to pick me up and drag me but that woke me up quick, so I stumbled back into the club while hearing the ladies laughing their heads off behind me.

Oh btw, those street vendor tacos are to die for...... I mean that literally. I had the shits for about a week, but it was damn worth it!

One time in middle school I had lunch detention and when i going up the stairs with my tray and food I kept saying to myself don't trip, don't trip and I tripped over my shoe laces. Nobody noticed and I was some how in the center of the lunch room. damn i felt so embarrassed.

Wow i'm thirsty time for some slurm.

When I was working as a bartender one new years we all dressed up in casual clothes at work, which included my sneakers with really shitty grip. So I came out of the glass washing room with a whole tray of glasses fresh out of the machine, turned the corner, and my foot kept going. Not only did I drop the tray, I sort of twisted it with my hand so that I slammed it glass-side down into the ground faster than gravity. Glass went fucking everywhere and it was so loud everyone stopped and looked!

But I made up for it by this other time I dropped a wine glass and for some reason I stuck my leg out. The glass rolled down my leg, over my shoe, and then onto the ground gently without even a scratch.
