and I can tell you first hand with two of those names you listed, they barely use them. I would say they make up less than 1% of their total sound, yet a huge PR emphasis is made on the fact they own them and you'll find vids of them noodling etc. In fact most of the time I witnessed them getting a single sound out of it, then sampling it and not coming back to the modular for a good long while.
Modulars are great fun to mess around with but quite possibly the slowest workflow in the history of procrastination.
