You're right, all my facts and information is coming from history books.. And, if your theory is right and they're not credible then where should i get my information from?? and please don't say the internet.. There's more Bull shit floating around on the internet, at least history books have to live up to a certain standard.. if i believed the internet i'd believe that, " Zionists have taken over the world, the chinese are working on taking over the world, and that jewish people and black people control the U.S. "
So I don't believe most of what the internet says.. and i'd say i do believe 90% of what is in history books.. If they're not credible, then where should i get my information from?? |
read various sources, and use discretion.. that's all.
example. canadian history books claim we whooped major ass in the war of 1812. american history books claim that it wasn't really a war (just a bunch of cross border skirmishes), and that they didn't lose that bad. the truth is probably somewhere in between. your american history books probably neglected to mention the fact that the british chased the yanks all the way to washington and burned the white house (which wasn't white back then) and that's why they painted it white.... or so i'm told, =P. see what i mean? people like to leave things out of history. i'm not saying historians are all liars. but you have to read different books and piece together a logical explaination.
if history was based on one countrie's historians, then that country would've invented everything, and won every war.
