Anyway, $600k doesn't get you a condo where I live. The median house price is $650k so that means anything decent is $800k+. It's fucking ridiculous.

But ya city living isnt as cheap as it once was. Anything decent is over 800k they keep putting up condos but makes you wonder how long does it take before they get old ugly and turn into the new slums

its getting ridiculous with condos. a lot of the young couples i know are moving out of the city to get a house. my cousin started a family in milton, my friends sister in burlington. they're putting up condos on lakeshore now and royal york.. and queensway had them for a while. lol to a 26 year old seeing afrojack..
