I assume you mean looks good?

It does, although I'm not inclined to spend moolah on a heavily software dependent product from an unproven manufacturer who is claiming to be doing only a short initial run.

I know the Cirklon is the same kind of deal, but that dude already had product/form as I understand it.

Should be interesting, hopefully, and I hear it's great for tekno.

Used to have the ES-1 model, which I used for samples. Great little fun machine; don't let the plastic casing fool you.

Sweet! Welcome (back) to the club

That little box is so much fun. Really good for that detroit techno sound but the best part is just the fun you have with them, whether it's playing live to record, manually programming or step programming. Hours of noodling there.

For sure. Looking forward to tweaking and filtering its instruments real-time and recording them as patterns, which is one of the best features of this machine. Might have to get the ES-1 again and upload some Alien movie samples again and go nuts. We'll see what iboga does to me in the following days, and if it brings me back to my "normal" self, I might even stop producing altogether, however...

I love my little old ES-1. The only bit that is annoying is the fact the samples have to be 16bit 32k (wtf were you thinking korg?).

Thankfully there's tons of dedicated programs to edit the samples or even whole ES1 banks at a time so it's not problem anymore.

I'm still trying to figure out a way for me to integrate it with either geist or battery so I can just drag and drop samples in to the vest, and have the trip be the tactile interface.

I've foind ways of doing it but it's a little cumbersome and starts to negate the whole point of the Tribes; just pwoer it up and away you go!

As for the Iboga, be really careful with that stuff. I'm not sure super powerful hallucinogens are a good idea any time.
