Lol, it's tough working with a bunch of women - but good leadership is really important. Luckily for me I work for a top quality organization with zero tolerance for an unsafe workplace, including staff conflict/bullyng. I work with a really great team and for the most part we support each other.

This was departmental in fighting. Some didn't want to be in the video, others were mad they got left off. Everything seemed fine while filming only when it got to 8th revision during editing that I got the full picture.
