There's locker room talk which is 99% of the time vulgar, then there's bragging about you do whatever you want to women and don't even wait. I think it's fair that most people would say that's a boundary crossed right there.
Again for anyone not having seen it, watch the Frontline Choice 2016. It basically shows that Trump was raised a spoiled brat and his hero even as a child was Hugh Hefner. His crowning accolade in private school wasn't the grades or doing well, it was that he got a picture in the year book titled "Ladies Man". The guy has always been desperate to be seen as a womanizer. But he's a ginger with tiny fingers.
