Do you run red lights when driving listening to edm?

the thing is friendo i dont think you were being facetious. im pretty sure in that context of your gym crushing routine thats how you explain it to people
but even in the off chance you were, its a pretty lame joke, the presentation and delivery was trash homie

128 is a good gym bpm. i prefer metal or rock tho. Going to the gym at our age is a requirement. Pretty sure Rann is just maintaining. At least from the pics he sends me.
i do it mostly because it helps with anxiety and all that stuff. having a sexy rump is just a perk. I'm also in an industry that has no real security and in the off chance i do lose my mind, my hair and my physical attributes are all i got.
Sounds sane, I'm already losing hair. I'd practice martial arts before I ever started doing bench presses with some other dude's crotch in my face, though.
There's a reason why every medical practitioner in the world who doesn't use healing crystals recommends regular physical exercise, you know. It's not just for the creeping flab of the late 30s and onward.
You don't have to go to the gym. In fact, it's been shown to be far more beneficial to one's health to simply do any activity that one will be able to do consistently, rather than something they don't enjoy and can't maintain.
Just going for a walk every day is better than doing nothing at all. The main thing is that you want to maintain function and mobility, and of course circulation. If you don't use it, yes, you lose it.

This is is the problem right here, not much consistency going on. And I like it that way, keeps me on my toes. I'm gonna stick to the push-ups for the next 5 years an let karate, jiu-jitsu and muay thai slowly seep into my life. Maybe I'll start going to the gym just to swim and use the sauna.
