Lira that Kicks looks awesome. The red roof looks cool but how often do you look at the roof of your car? Is it to late to get the Kicks? Btw I was the same way when I bought my car color is one of most important decisions. Reminds me how much emotion plays a part of our purchases.

Haha, a bit, I've already paid the... "signal" (a first payment that signals you really want the car, so there's no risk someone else can grab it afterwards). Is there a word in English for this? Is this even common practice abroad?
I won't lie, my wife was so excited about the Kicks we almost changed our mind. Problem was, when we decided to buy a car some 5 months ago, we wanted something that cost around U$ 10000, we eventually chose a car that cost almost twice this limit, and the Kicks is almost US$ 30000, so it was a bit too much. Unless, of course, we got a used car, but because we tend to use cars for decades in my household, I thought I'd rather spend this much money on a new car that is bound to stay with us until the heat death of the universe

Totally. We did a lot of research, but when it came to the final decision, colour (for me) and country of origin (for my wife) counted a lot.

There's a lot of stress buying a car. At the end it's a relief to make a decision and move on to other things.
