That, and the people can be quite rude. I've only found there to be any negligible "vibe" there one night (Ferry) - every other time I have gotten walked on, spilled on, bitched at, shoved, ignored by bartenders, etc. Why? See my previous point about rampant drug use!
Sorry to be negative, but those are the negative aspects of the Guv - everything else that's positive have already been said - and besides, the guy who asked originally already knows the good things about Guv, since he's planning on going there! |
I WENT LAST SAT AND DIDNT SEE ONE SHIRTLESS ANGRY MAN...NOT ONE
look...every club that spins good music in TO has "rampant drug use"...viva, guv, system, FLY (if your secure enough to go to a gay club...EVERY1 there is fuked and the music is not worse than the formentioned)

i dunno what u ppl are talking about....
drinks are the same price as others as well
shirts are required as dress code so i dunno what u ppl are talkin about...damn who cares man...so what if some1 feels hot
...its unfortunate if u feel so insecure about ure body that u wouldnt take ure shirt off when ure sweating like crazy...
if ure ignored by bouncers ure prolly either real short or real ugly or look poor
clubbing isnt a right...it isnt your house that the dj is spinning in...so i dunno why so many ppl complain so much...its just a normal TO club...i think it is the definition of normalcy in toronto...equal numbers of asians, ginos, crackheads, gay boys, etc.....
the music is awesome on sat
and its fun to walk around all the different rooms when ure fucked...the ventelation is real good too...not to mentions the system and lights
