Blame the quality of the topic rather than the participants . Trust me, there are some epic debates in the life of this forum.

Yeah I read this forum quite a bit and I hardly ever post here...actually I think this is my second or third time, hehe. Main reason is I've found that most people will hang on to their beliefs no matter what evidence is presented that may be contrary to their opinions (or what they believe to be fact). I know this is true of almost everyone...myself included. Bascially I see my participation in a debate as a waste of my own time, simply because most people's minds are already made up and probably aren't going to change due to a debate. It's that thing called pride that gets in the way.
That's why it is called a debate! In a debate you are supposed to express your viewpoint, hear other viewpoints and then go home and take conclusions
This has to be the best section of this forum (along with the DJ Booth). I really love discussing this kind of subjects, and this is the first forum i've found that does so in a elegant way.

I'd blame the fact that no real important global strifes are taking place nowadays. Bush should start a new war or something to bring this forum back on the path of it's former glory.

Most memorable moment
I have to say this forum has been challenging, fun, and many good and intense times. And some very funny moments. The most memorable moment to me is Cyrus' response to Vanfleet in one of the other recent threads. I almost fell out of my chair laughing. I was also laughing so hard at Cyrus' swearing fight with TheDemon about a month ago. Cyrus, I nominate you politics forum tranceaddict of the year.
