hey! i missed ure post about ure ratings, infinity! lol!
u asked about PVD - Keeping The Underground Alive?
its a cd i picked up for £4 at a local carboot lastyear... the guys had TONES of trance cds, i waish he still was there cause at the time, i just had moved into the country and only found alicedeejay for fuck sakes!!!! can u imagine what he could have had there!!! ahhh!!! anyhow, this cd has no track listings on it, it just a sleeve, not shitty paper, one page sleeve, and a back... and says "paul van dyk" "keeping the underground alive" ... it aint like the guy made the cd hisself, cause on the actual cd, it says those words again but only those words, and it was printed on the cd like any other cd would be, so it is an original... it is just one huge long mix done by him... 1 track.... fills the whole cd
its from on of his live preformences im sure.. cause the quality is kinda crap.... anyhow... is that a good find then?

Oh yeah, you also mentioned about PVD & Tiesto having maybe 500+ vinyls......That's probably a real low estimate. I know that at one time I had over 127 milk crates full of vinyl and you can fit about 150 records in a milk crate.
So I think that even 5000+ might still be a low estimate for those guys.

Wow, 5000.. How long is a typical vinyl in minutes? If it's about an hour like most CDs, that's an incredible amount of music. Every track in existance, indeed..
I just realized that to burn my 151 hours of trance mp3s, I would have to use about 120 CDs. I guess I do have a lot of music, but I don't listen to the majority of it very often.
What I'm wondering is, how would you sort your vinyl collection if it was so big? I can't imagine going through boxes and boxes to try to find a song by name (if you didn't remember where it was). I guess I'm spoiled by "file find" and other digital tricks to keep everything sorted.. It must be a pain to sort in real life.
