also sugar water does the drink as well

before drinkin have a full tank and do it in moderation

I guess it depends on what you drink and what your body is feeling like. There is no cure to a hangover thats that but there is a few things which soaks that shit up from ya body , i usually find , if i have a number 2 in the morning and a nice bit of breakfast too. Also drink loadsa water and a bit of milk, also if you go for a walk or something that does help , cofee and tea is a good cure. Of your really bad then i guess if you make your self sick and then you will be ok , I went on all day session yesterday and i dont have a hangover , its proper wierd , ah well .

Well, I got home 2night and got some water and that did help! Water is the best advice, should have come up with that earlier

Actually, the best way to get rid of a hang over is to snort some cocaine. Not too much is needed, only a couple of lines... and you can go back to drinking! (make sure its good coke, cuz shit doesnt usually do it

Here are some pointers from a POLISH Veteran:

- Cold Shower in the morning
- Drink AS MUCH FLUID (non alcohol) as possible before you goto sleep
- Try to throw up (2-3 fingers down your throut)
- Eat something
- Asparins
- Eat/Snack/Drink stuuf(not alcohol) while drinking
- NO COFFEE, it dehidtares you even more.

best way to be proof against a hangover or vomiting is, while drinking, eating bread with butter! The butter forms a kind of layer around your system and prevents it from absorbing all the alchohol, although you still become as drunk as you normally would
