Best way to end a cig addiction is to go cold turkey. If u wanna quit that much then u will do it.

I've heard that it was proven that if you give up smoking until you're 35 your lungs will fully regenerate !!!

that doesn't make sense, let's say that someone who is trying to quit is 36 years old, he is already past 35 :P but none the less, I've heard that it does take a long time for your lungs to fully regeneratee.

i tried to stop smoking last year (i thought i better stop when im young) and i got those patches.. THEY SUCKED all i wanted to do was roll it and smoke it.

however.. to cut down the amount of fags i smoked i just tore them up and made more joints only smoke a pack a day now

lol only a packet mind


although i have been known to smoke silly amounts like yesterday i smoked about almost 20 when i went out in the evening, then me and my mate went back to his and smoked stupid amounts of grass
