aghh poor me and my Seat Ibiza! To be honest it has been quite reliabel. My dad had to replace a clutch cable, which snapped at about 55,000 Miles on the clock, and before that, nothing bad had gone wrong with the car.

I've maxed it out on the motorway at about 109 mph, quite scary as the car had some very twitchy handling and was rattling like hell!

Cars are expenisive here. Twice as much as in America. We pay taxes based on car weight and gasonline is triple the US price. Insureance, especially in the UK is very expenisive.

Driving a car in Europe is not like in North-America. Our parents don't buy us cars, we are lucky to get a bike.

If your income is low (students etc), but still want to drive a lot (20.000km a year), you better have a decent set of wheels!

Our cars are tested every year for road savety. If your car is unreliable, you end up paying 500-1000 euro in repairs every year. Young people just can't affort that.

Our cars are a bit smaller. Indeed. But we have less space here. On the other hand, the cars in Europe have better road stabilty and drive faster. Our speed limits are higher, in some parts of Germany there are no speedlimits at all.

a friend of mine has his 206 only 1 year and he has done 50.000 miles!!

Wicked Neo bought a brand new volvo (im pretty sure it was brand new) and did 16,000 miles in 11 weeks
